RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Earthzen, we prioritize hygiene and safety for pets.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements
  • Opened shampoos
  • Used grooming products

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product received

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours

Replacement will be shipped after inspection approval.
